This Privacy Policy explains how STB Digital (“STB Digital”, “we”, “us” or “our”) collects, uses, shares and protects personal data when you play our games or use our features, content, websites, mobile applications and other services (together, our “Services”), and the rights and choices you have.

Please read this policy carefully. By using our Services you acknowledge the data practices described here. If you do not agree with them, please do not use our Services.

2. Who we are

STB Digital is an independent mobile game studio based in Pakistan. We are the controller responsible for the personal data processed in connection with our Services.

3. The data we collect

Depending on the game and the permissions you grant, we and our partners may collect the following types of data:

We do not collect precise GPS location. Approximate location (country or city) may be derived from your IP address. On iOS we only access your IDFA if you allow tracking through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt.

4. Special categories of data

We do not collect any special categories of personal data through our Services. This includes data about your race or ethnicity, religious or philosophical beliefs, sex life or sexual orientation, political opinions, trade union membership, health, genetic or biometric data, or information about criminal convictions and offences.

5. How we collect your data

• Automatically: when you install, open or play our games, or visit our website, through the SDKs and similar technologies described in Sections 7 and 8.
• Directly from you: when you contact us through our contact form, by email, by phone, by post or through in-game support.
• From third parties: such as app stores (purchase confirmations), sign-in providers (if you choose to link an account) and our analytics, attribution and advertising partners.

6. Legal basis for processing

We process personal data only where we have a legal basis to do so, which may include:

• Consent: for example for personalised advertising where required. You can withdraw your consent at any time.
• Performance of a contract: to provide the games and features you use.
• Legal obligation: where we must process data to comply with the law.
• Legitimate interests: to improve, secure and promote our Services, where these interests are not overridden by your rights.
• Other bases permitted by applicable law.

7. Cookies, SDKs and similar technologies

Our Services use cookies, software development kits (“SDKs”) and similar technologies. Some are essential for our games to work; others help us to:

• provide, maintain and improve our Services;
• analyse how players use our games and measure performance;
• show in-app advertising, including personalised ads where permitted;
• measure the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns; and
• protect our Services and players against fraud and abuse.

Third-party SDKs may collect data directly from your device under their own privacy policies. We do not have access to all information collected by these third parties, and we encourage you to read their privacy policies, which are linked in Section 8. We only work with partners that are required to provide the same or equal protection of your data as described in this policy.

Your advertising choices

Where required by law, we ask for your consent before personalised ads are shown, for example through a consent prompt when you first open a game. You can change your choice at any time in the in-game privacy settings where available, or on your device:

• Android: Settings → Google → Ads → Delete advertising ID (or “Opt out of Ads Personalisation” on older versions).
• iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking, and turn off “Allow Apps to Request to Track”.

If you opt out you will still see ads, but they will be less relevant to you.

8. Third-party SDKs we use

Below are the third-party SDKs and services that may be integrated into our games, grouped by purpose. Not every SDK is used in every game. Click a name to read that provider's privacy policy. This list may change as we add or remove integrations.

9. Third-party links

Our Services may contain links to third-party websites, apps and services, including ads. These third parties have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their practices. Please review their policies before providing them with any personal data.

10. Disclosure of your data

We do not sell your personal data for money, and we do not disclose it to third parties without your consent or another legal basis. We may share data with:

• Service providers and processors: such as hosting, analytics, crash reporting and support providers, who process data on our behalf under confidentiality and contractual obligations.
• Advertising, attribution and analytics partners: listed in Section 8.
• App stores: Google Play and the Apple App Store, to process in-app purchases. We never receive your full payment card details.
• Other players: if a game has leaderboards or multiplayer features, your nickname and scores may be visible to others.
• Business transfers: a buyer or successor in the event of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
• Authorities: where required by law, or necessary for national security, law enforcement or the public interest, or to protect the rights and safety of STB Digital, our players or others.

11. International transfers

STB Digital is based in Pakistan, and our partners operate in many countries, including the United States, the United Kingdom, the European Union, China and others. Your data may therefore be stored and processed on servers outside your country. Where we transfer data across borders, we rely on an appropriate legal basis and safeguards, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

12. Data retention

We keep personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including to meet legal, accounting or reporting requirements. When it is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it. Messages you send us through our contact form are kept only as long as needed to handle your request.

13. Your legal rights

Depending on where you live (including the EEA, UK, Switzerland, Brazil and certain US states such as California), you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you and receive a copy.
• Rectify inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Erase your personal data.
• Restrict or object to certain processing, including for direct marketing.
• Port your data to another provider in a structured, machine-readable format.
• Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing that took place before.
• Opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal data for cross-context behavioural advertising (California residents).
• Complain to your local data protection authority.

Some of these rights apply only in certain circumstances. To exercise them, email us at bukharisyedataqdees@gmail.com or use our contact form. Please include the name of the game and, if possible, your in-game player ID. We may need to verify your identity, and we will respond within the time required by law. If we cannot fulfil a request, we will explain why. You can also stop all collection of data by a game by uninstalling it.

14. Children's data

Our Services are not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country), and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal data, please email us at bukharisyedataqdees@gmail.com and we will delete it.

If you are between 13 and 18 (or the age of majority where you live), please make sure your parent or guardian has read this policy and agrees to your use of our Services.

15. Data security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, organisational and physical safeguards to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, alteration and misuse. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

16. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page and, for material changes, provide a prominent notice in our Services. Your continued use of our Services after an update means you accept the revised policy.
